How to request deletion
Send an email to info@privetia.com from the email address connected to your Privetia account. Use the subject line "Delete my Privetia account".
Please include:
- The email address used for your Privetia account.
- A clear request to delete your account and associated data.
- Any extra information needed to verify account ownership.
What we delete
When your request is verified, we delete or anonymise account data associated with your Privetia account, including user-created cases, notes, reminders, documents, contacts, follow-up details and account records stored for the app.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backup recovery or compliance purposes. Any retained data is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
Processing time
We aim to respond to deletion requests promptly. After verifying your request, we will process deletion within a reasonable period and confirm when the request has been completed.
